Vietnam National Administration of Tourism estimates the country attracted 628,695 international visits in October representing an increase of 15.1% over the same month last year.

The bulk of arrivals in October (478,318) passed through two main aviation gateways Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

For January to October, international tourist arrivals reached 6,118,969 increasing 10.4% over the same period last year.
