Vietjet has just welcomed its first A321 over the weekend. Coded VN-A65, It is also the 9000th A321 produced by Airbus.
This 220 –seat A321 Airbus belongs to the latest generation of Airbus narrowbody aircraft.
The additional A321 airbus has increased the Vietjet’s fleet to 23 aircrafts. This arrival plays an important role in helping the company exploit the routes to Korea and Japan.
VietJet managing director, Luu Duc Khanh, said; “The new fleet will further facilitate our business plan as well as offer customers more flying experiences.”
It is currently operating 28 routes to domestic destinations and numerous international ones to South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Cambodia.
