The Park Hyatt Saigon is under major renovation work which
will be carried out at the beginning of 2014.
The Park Hyatt Saigon will close for a short period of time
from February 16, 2014 – April 2, 2014 and reopen to the public on April 3rd
for arriving guests. During this closure most of the intense demolition and
restoration work will take place. When the hotel reopens and with most works
complete in the public areas, refurbishment will continue in the guest rooms
until November 2014.
The schedule of the upcoming renovation work will be as
follows:
Between February 17 until April 2 (6 weeks) the hotel will
be completely closed to all guests including all F & B outlets and
construction workers will be working 24/7 over this period to complete all
'construction' related works. The hotel is scheduled to reopen 3 April.
From April 2014 until November 2014 there will be 70 guestrooms
(2 floors) out daily so any group business will be limited to a 30 room block
during this period.
Between 17 February and 15 May all the function rooms in the
hotel will be undergoing refurbishment.
The hotel has announced that it will open a new function
space called the Pool House. This will be a draw card for small groups, looking
for something special.
